Yellow/Red Bourbon

Prized for its sweetness and complexity. Our Bourbon lots are carefully selected for their distinct fruity notes, often resembling stone fruits and caramel.

Advanced Processing

From traditional washing stations to experimental fermentation, we control every step to unlock the full potential of the bean.

Washed Process

Fermented for 12-24 hours and washed with mountain spring water. Results in a clean cup with high clarity and bright acidity.

Natural / Dry Process

Whole cherries dried on raised beds for 3-4 weeks. Produces a full-bodied coffee with intense fruitiness and wine-like characteristics.

Honey Process

Dried with mucilage attached (Yellow, Red, Black Honey). Strikes a perfect balance between the clarity of washed and the sweetness of natural.

Packaging

Standard 60kg jute bags with GrainPro liners to maintain moisture and freshness. Custom branding and vacuum packaging (5kg/10kg) available upon request.

Pre-shipment samples (PSS) sent for approval. Full CIQ inspection, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Certificate of Origin provided for every container.
